Allergy Alert Test (ATT) Policy
Please note that all colour treatments require an Allergy Alert Test (ATT) 48 hours before the first treatment.
Please ensure you have had the relevant testing carried out before you attend your colour appointment.
We politely ask our guests to take note of our Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy: -
We appreciate that appointments may need to be altered, therefore we respectfully request that you allow us at least 48 hours' notice. This gives us ample time to offer the appointment to another guest.
Appointments that are missed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service booked (unless the appointment can be filled).
We understand in the case of emergency this is not always possible.
We hope you agree that our time is valuable and you understand why we have to enforce this policy.
We greatly appreciate our guests being on time, as only then we can provide all of our guests with the quality of service we are committed to.
However, we understand that unforeseen incidents do occur and therefore, we ask our guests to let us know as soon as possible if they’re going to be late. The service may need to be adjusted to fit a shorter time frame. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and will need to reschedule.
In such cases our late cancellation fee will apply.
We understand that emergencies happen and ask our guests to inform us as soon as possible about any situation that will withhold them from arriving for their visit.
If you miss your appointment without giving notice, you will incur a fee valued at 100% of the entire cost of the missed service.
Further bookings will not be accepted until such fees have been paid.
